TransferWise has enabled a Google Pay feature for their debit cards
Due to the continuous client’s requests, TransferWise enables its debit cardholders to use Google Pay. It brings a lot of opportunities for users, either they make local purchases or global.
To start paying with their phone in on tap, a TransferWise user needs to open Google Pay wallet, take a picture of the card with the phone camera, or manually enter the card details.
The TransferWise activity list will show the transaction history, instantly notifying about payments. What is more, the service supports the latest security features, enabling a user to make payments using a face or a fingerprint. It means that a person can make cross-border purchases online and in-person without even touching their debit card.
For now, Google Pay is available for TransferWise customers living in Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, and the US.
