The new app is available for Apple and Android users
Worldpay from FIS has launched iQ Now, an app enabling small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to monitor the health of the business.
This way, business owners can track performance on the go from their mobile devices.
According to information, iQ Now integrates data from banks and third-party financial institutions to give SMBs a view of major performance metrics about their business.
As to the major features, iQ Now has biometric-based login, push notifications, and all-in-one functionality. Besides, merchants can view their business performance, including average sale size and store productivity.
Along with that, the app provides merchants with an ability to handle disputes and refunds on their own.
They can also take photos of receipts and documentation with their device’s camera and submit within the app. That eliminates the need for contacting Worldpay’s disputes team.
We’ve reported that the global payments solutions provider HPS, Ghana Interbank Payment, and Settlement Systems (GhIPSS) launched a universal QR code. This way, Ghanaians will be able to carry out transactions via mobile wallets, cards, and bank accounts.
