Travala became the first merchant to offer Binance Pay as a payment option
Crypto-friendly travel agency Travala has announced the integration of a new payment app, Binance Pay, according to Bitcoin.com. With this move, the travel booking company has passed into the first seller to implement Binance Pay as a form of payment after its start on February 3.
According to the announcement, Travala is allowing its customers to use a new payment app, still in beta, to book travel products. These include, among others, hotels, homes, and airline tickets.
With Binance Pay, Travala users will be able to pay directly from their Binance accounts with five cryptocurrencies and one native supported fiat currency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Binance Coins (BNB), Binance USD (BUSD), Swipe (SXP) and EUR.
A crypto-friendly travel company seeks to expand its portfolio of accepted payments in order to increase the spread of cryptocurrency and promote freedom of travel.
