The UK is currently in a transition period that is set to end on the 31st of December 2020
Ecommerce News has found that online consumers in Europe think the Brexit will lead to slower online delivery from the UK. They also think it will lead to less choice of British goods to buy online.
According to the survey, 34% of German, 27% of French, and 24% of Irish respondents believe that a Brexit will lead to a slower delivery of products from the UK.
As to the UK consumers, they are equally split: 22% believe there will be no impact, while another 22% think there will be slower delivery.
We’ve reported that the European Parliament ratified the Brexit deal on 30 of January. The withdrawal agreement was approved by 621 votes in favor, 49 against and 13 abstentions.
