Nissan announced the launch of its subscription service model called Nissan Switch, which will roll out in the Houston area.

The subscription program offers the latest and well-equipped car models. Some of them include driver-assist technology, allowing shoppers to test new features like Nissan ProPILOT Assist.

Nissan Switch is another way that Nissan is testing alternatives to the notion of traditional mobility, without long-term financial commitments for our customers. This program provides more choice, convenience, and flexibility. For those who want a sedan during the week and an SUV or sports car, like the GTR, on the weekends, Nissan Switch provides the solution
Andrew Tavi, vice president, Legal, External Affairs and Business Development, Nissan North America Inc.

As to the prices, the Select program costs $699 per month, whereas the Premium is priced at $899.

What is more, after the customers pay a $495 membership activation fee, they get a monthly subscription. It includes unlimited car switches every day, delivery, cleaning, insurance, roadside assistance, and regular maintenance.

Besides, Central Houston Nissan will help the company to administer this new subscription service. For instance, a dealership concierge member will deliver the vehicle anywhere within the Select area and will help transfer items from car to car. The concierge can walk-around the vehicle at the time of delivery to answer any questions about key features as well.
