KeyBank Invests In Zentist Software

Cleveland-based KeyCorp, the parent company of KeyBank, announced a strategic partnership with Zentist, a provider of cloud-based insurance revenue cycle management (RCM) software for dental support organizations (DSOs) across the United States.

As part of the mentioned partnership, KeyBank will also make a minority investment in Zentist. Moreover, headquartered in Cleveland financial institution announced the intention to implement the Remit AI software developed by its specific partner into its DSO network. The relevant information is contained in a press release published by the bank.

Jon Briggs, head of KeyBank Commercial Payments and Innovation, said that the lender’s commitment to providing comprehensive financial solutions for DSOs is part of a broader strategy in the healthcare area. In this case, it means offering customers such as a full range of payment capabilities. Also, in the corresponding context, the bank aims to provide consumers with access to financial solutions that take into account the specifics of the healthcare area.

The press release notes that Remit AI simplifies the processing of dental insurance claims. The software also features an automated explanation of benefits (EOB) and electronic remittance advice (ERA) delivery. Moreover, using Remit AI for clients means access to solutions such as automated remittance to bank data matching and intelligent task distribution across organizational structures.

The Cavi AR software module streamlines claim status and follow-up workflow. The module also categorizes and ranks open claims based on accounts receivable (AR) days, expected/submitted amount, and last updated date.
